(1) All furniture products are free of charge and can be delivered to Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. If there is a lift, door-to-door delivery can be included.

(There is free parking downstairs at the delivery address & no need to move stairs) *Remote areas such as village houses; Ma Wan; Discovery Bay; Shek O; Stanley; Mid-Levels; Repulse Bay. Please inquire for separate quotations.

(2) The furniture is pre-ordered and will be delivered approximately 7-14 working days after the order is placed (the date is for reference only. The exact arrival time will depend on different actual conditions. There may be unknown variables during the delivery process that affect the delivery time* *Note: We do not accept urgent orders)

(3) If the delivery address has stairs (such as a village house/tenement house), delivery will be done downstairs. If you need to go upstairs, please contact customer service for coordination. The charge for moving stairs will depend on the on-site environment and the delivery master.

(4) Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm . Before shipment, we will call the customer to notify the customer of receipt of the goods, please pay attention to the phone number.

(5) There is no designated time for receiving the goods. It depends on the logistics arrangement. The actual arrival date will be confirmed by calling the customer on the same day. If it is inconvenient for the customer, the customer can communicate with the deliveryman to make an appointment for the delivery date, but there is a possibility of warehouse storage. Please pay special attention to the fees and secondary delivery fees.

(6) Door-to-door delivery service does not include moving the goods to the house, unpacking and disposing of the goods packaging. Therefore, if the items in the house are damaged during transportation, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage and will not compensate for it.

*In view of the recent epidemic situation in Hong Kong, door-to-door collection and delivery services have been suspended in buildings that have been enclosed for home quarantine testing. Buildings subject to compulsory inspection do not provide door-to-door collection and delivery services and only provide limited services. Customers can choose to deliver express parcels downstairs of the premises or outside the scope of compulsory inspection.
