- Products purchased from Cozy Living will not be returned or exchanged. If there are any accessories problems, we will arrange for the corresponding accessories to be re-sent .
- If an exchange is required because the product is not the style you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, please contact Cozy Living customer service within the day of confirmation of receipt and provide relevant information and receipt photos. After verification, we will carry out the exchange procedure for you according to the situation, and will bear the freight (if any) of the products. In case of any dispute, Cozy Living reserves the right to make the final decision.
- However, the exchanged product must be unused and in the condition in which it was originally sold, together with all parts and accessories provided with the product, including instructions, packaging bags and cartons.
